I came here about 2 years ago now, so hopefully, some of these issues have been resolved. Bear in mind that I was a minor throughout the whole "treatment."
I would have given them zero stars if possible. The only good part of my experience here was my therapist.
The waiting room is dirty and uninviting. The receptionists, if they could even be called that, never seemed to know what they were doing, what was going on, or who was even scheduled to have an appointment. My first appointment here had to be rescheduled because the receptionists had scheduled it on Memorial Day, when the office was closed!
It took seven months before I was able to have an appointment with a psychiatrist.
My follow-up appointment with the psychiatrist WHO I HAD ALREADY SEEN was cancelled without notice (as in, I arrived there only to be told after an hour of waiting that the appointment had been cancelled). The reasoning for the cancellation was that the psychiatrist I was scheduled to see was not certified to treat minors.
Excuse me? I had already been seen! AS A MINOR!
Needless to say, I left and never came back.
It should not be this difficult to receive mental help.

Having a son who has been in therapy for at least 6 years, this is by far the largest practice that we have gone to. Probably a little too big! It feels a little like fast food mental health - in and out as quickly as possible in order to squeeze in more "customers". It is next to impossible to get an appointment with a psychiatrist quickly, they seem to always be scheduled 3 months out. This is fine for a med review, but if you need to get in for something else, good luck. Make sure your plans don't change and you have to reschedule, it'll be a while til you can get in again.
Getting med refills is a nightmare! Seems to be very unorganized and our prescriptions are often wrong. There must be a better way than leaving a message and hoping it gets filled in the next few days.
A lot of the staff are wonderful. Others, not so much. It's a little bit of a gamble whether you will get decent care or be just another number or burden to be dealt with.
Lots of things to be improved here.

I feel incredibly let down by this facility! After receiving 7+ years of 'patchy' care, in terms of quality, the hammer finally fell..they closed my case without even bothering to inform me!! I only found out by calling to reschedule an appointment, and was basically told to take a running jump off the nearest cliff!! They absolutely were not there 4 me when I needed them the most, and now I am left without 3 out of 4 meds over the Xmas season- what joy for my kids and I !! The clinic has zero compassion for what might happen to me without meds..could not care less. Hugely disapppointed in Dr.Sendhi whom I once considered a type of 'hero'. As a further warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications, especially when one of the therapists in the Face to Face program asked me out on a date/requested my phone #!!!! I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely convinced that I would have gotten better service anywhere else and wish I had made the change sooner!!!

I have never been so dissatisfied with a medical office ever. My son had his appointment to see the psychiatrist rescheduled 4 times because the doctor could not be in the office at the appointment time or was overbooked, & we never did ever see the doctor. The therapist was rude & not at all helpful, & of the 4 appointments we had with her, I had to reschedule 3 of them due to her never being able to be in the office. I made every effort to reschedule every appointment, but it was just getting ridiculous by the 4th psychiatrist cancellation.
When I got a notice that his case would be closed if I did not get in touch with the therapist, I called & told them they could just close it because we would not be coming back for such substandard care.
We won't be going back again.
