Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They had very affordable prices. It was nice not to have to worry about paying a ridiculous amount for my appointment. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.

When there are issues with the pharmacy they tend to be rude to you even though you've done everything you are supposed to. It's at least a day until they return your phone calls on issues like this. My Dr. is nice enough and helpful, but as stated, the staff has a lot of room for growth.
