Every question I had was answered thoroughly

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
