My son had some problems with the contacts that they issued and the staff was very rude when I called to try and resolve the situation. I have never experienced such rude personnel as the ones with the Rapid City Walmart Vision Center. I have since switched to a different provider.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I had been to two other clinics and had decided my vision was as good as it was going to get. The people at the Vision Center made a few alterations to my existing glasses and fitted me for a better pair and my vision almost doubled.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I will definitely be recommend them to people I know. One of the best optometrists I've seen. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.
