Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Dr. Lara Minahan has been wonderful since day one. My 8 year old daughter was nervous at first when she found out she might need braces or an expander for her very small mouth but with the first visit with Dr. Minahan she was at ease and was actually excited about the process. She made my daughter feel at ease and comfortable and continues to treat her with the same kindness and sincerity that she would her own child. She thoroughly explains the issues and procedures and makes sure everyone understands the steps that are taken. She honestly respects her patients and is always pleasant. I cannot believe the change in my daughter's appearance and self confidence in just 5 months. Her staff is also wonderful. Everyone is greeted with a warm welcome and not just treated as a number. I would highly recommend Dr. Minahan to anyone who is in need of orthodontic services.
