I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. My dogs love going to see him and being boarded there! Everyone on staff is kind and clearly love animals! They treat our dogs (and us) like family!

I have been going to Dr. Mike for 22 yrs. He is the best! Always giving his best advise and helping to work with all situations. Staff is very friendly!

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
