I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They sold glasses at their practice, but their selection was just terrible. There was nothing there that I liked. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

Absolutely, the'll fix them right in front of you. No waiting necessary!

They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.
