They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I have been taking my dog(s) to this clinic for years. The first time I visited them was just great. I have even had to call them at midnight a few years ago and the doctor was already there waiting on us so he could start taking care of our pet. We put our faith and trust in this clinic. Very reasonable price too!!

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I have never seen my pets so calm at the veterinarian before. They really seem to have such a gift with animals here. They have the greatest designated area for pets to go to the bathroom here, which is extremely convenient. I never have to worry about scouting out a place for my dog to go pee and It is so well kept too. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. If you are looking for a veterinarian that goes above and beyond, look no further. They offer after-hour services for any emergency and will not hesitate meeting patients at the clinic rather than making them go to an emergency center where they know nobody. It is so reassuring to know that if I need them, they will be there for me.

Yes, they are so amazing. They will come to the office after-hours for any emergency

I had my 15 year old pekingese put to sleep there this morning. I was handled with the utmost respect and kindness. I can not speak more highly of the staff at this clinic. I live in Richland and drove all the way out to Carthage to handle my situation. Recommend to any and everyone.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.
