I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I was pleased that they were able to answer all of my questions. I left feeling very informed about pet care. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.
