They had a horrible parking situation. I was looking around forever for a spot. I was completely shocked at the amount of foul language they used. It was very inconsiderate and impolite. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all.

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Not at all! They exceeded my expectations

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.
