Absolute worse customer service. My husband paid several co-payments for treatments and they ended up being overpayments. The company refused to refund the overpayment. The office manager and owner kept saying that we never received the information from your insurance when I had the medical claim details printed out in hand. Then she made up some other excuse about filing the wrong codes and then redoing them again 8 months later. Overpayment is overpayment. Either figure out how to medically bill correctly or don't run a medical clinic.

The whole staff is such a friendly group of people. Everyone makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. I was so happy with the care I got here that I have already told multiple people about it. They deserve all the recommendations in the world. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay.

They paid attention to my problem area, which I really appreciated. I felt like I got what I went for. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I never expected them to be able to help me as much as they did. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
