They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. I was really glad that I was able to meet and talk to the surgeon that would be performing my procedure, before my actual procedure. I felt a lot more comfortable going into surgery, knowing who the surgeon was and what they were like.

I was completely shocked at the amount of foul language they used. It was very inconsiderate and impolite. I am completely unsatisfied with my results. It couldn't have gone worse. One of the first things I noticed about this business was that they were not handicap-accessible and offered no means for handicapped individuals to enter the building. There were barriers everywhere making it practically impossible to get in the front door. I couldn't believe how much they pressured me to schedule my surgery right away before I had any time to think about whether I wanted to do it or not. I definitely didn't feel like they had my best interest in mind. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone.
