Good Evening!
I want to make sure management of this facility knows about a great employee you have, Jae.
My mother, brother and I visited your facility last night to find glasses for my mother. My mother, who is on a limited income, thought she had eye insurance to get glasses at your company. When we arrived, Jae, greeted us pleasantly and immediately assisted us with our request. He promptly made a call to my mother's insurance company to verify insurance. Unfortunately, she does not have insurance for hardware. Jae took time to explain to us the best option for getting mom her glasses, which unfortunately was not via your facility.
The fact that he took the extra time and patience meant a great deal to my mother and myself.
Employees like Jae are a rare find and we sincerely appreciate his professionalism, kindness and courtesy.
