my mother is in warren hills now and believe me, if i had the resources to move her somewhere else i would. the staff is TERRIBLE. there is only one good nurse there and that is Ruth. the head of nursing is not at all friendly and as dumb as a doorknob. the owner, mr moss, is a puppet and does what ever joyce edmunds(head of nursing) says and that is the way it goes.there is also 2 or 3 good aids. one is Estine. the place is very clean but do not let that fool you. that does not make up for the uncaring nurses there. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. Their equipment was just average. It didn't knock my socks off or anything, but most of it still appeared safe. The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs.
