My grandmother needed to come to Valley West Health Care Center for therapy after a knee replacement. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern our family had was addressed. She seems very happy about the therapy program she is involved in, the grounds are beautiful, the rooms are clean, and aside from a few delays in getting medical information transfered from the hospital, it is a very organized and personable care center. Compaired to facilities our other family members have received care from, Valley West is without a doubt the most friendly, caring environment and they have taken all of our concerns about my grandmother's health seriously. We have been impressed by all the activities, even a party on Saturday with a band and Elvis and they surprised the patients with ice cream yesterday. The rest of us joked that WE want a knee replacement so we can stay there! My grandma is figuring out the flat screen TV also...if they keep this up she may not want to leave! : )
