This nursing facility is dirty and careless. Staff works short a majority of the time, which provides even less time for proper resident cares. Residents tend to sit or lay in bed without being repositioned or toileted on time which in turn causes more pressure ulcers and incontinence. As a visitor at Red Wind Health Center I was very disappointed with the care my loved one has been receiving. When I called and asked to speak to the supervisor I was on hold for 20 minutes and was then disconnected.

Not at all, they only make time for their favorite clients

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

All the time. They accuse me of making problems up
