They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.
