Dirty facility. My Father was here for rehab. Upon arrival we were told that his room had just been cleaned for him. Then we got to his room and found the bath tub filled with used bed pans and packages of adult diapers. The toilet was covered in dried poop and there was food all over the floor, and fresh bright red dried blood on the sheets and poop stains on his blankets. He asked for a urine bottle to use the restroom upon arrival at 3:45, he wasn't given one till 5:50! We were told they couldn't find one. He just had a knee replacement and still was unable to get up out of bed to stand and use the bathroom. He is able to get up with assistance but cannot stand or put weight on his leg yet. After two days in the facility,(still no rehab had began because they said the therapist isn't there on weekends). he had to go to the bathroom for a bowel movement. At this point He is still not able to lift his leg without assistance and is at a high risk of falling. So he pulled his string for someone to come and help him get to the toilet, he had not had a bowel movement in 5 days, no one came! After a half hour he somehow managed to get himself out of the bed and used the walker to scoot to the bathroom without assistance and then he was yelled at for not waiting for someone to help him because he wasn't allowed to get out of the bed alone, after they had given him a laxative earlier that morning! This place is terrible stay away from here if possible! Very uncaring staff. People are not being taken care of, not to mention the fact that the facility is filthy!
