I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all.HE IS THE BEST DR IN JACKSON HE HAS HELP ME EVER ONE HAS SAID HOW MUCH BETTER I AM TO DAY THEN WHEN I STARTED TO HIM I HAVE ONLY HEARD GOOD THING ABOUT HIM BUT THERE ARE SOME OF HIS EMPLOYEES ARE VERY RUDE AT TIMES BUT I WOULD,T ASK FOR A BETTER DOCTOR i would recomend him to any one

I have seen Dr. Patel for several years now, I even talked my husband into seeing him , Patel is very accurate in his field. I have all faith in this doctor. Except his staff is to busy fooing aroud and hittig on married men, and my husband is one of them, he came home tellig me about his ultrasound and how uncomfortable he was with the radiologist , how she was placig herself on his body and where she had his arm and placed, and the flurtig and comments she made. this i know is true i was with him o one visit and the same thing happen, my husband ask me not to make a scene. If i could find another Dr. with the same qualifications as Patel we would most definitely transfer. I to am a nurse and would never push my self upon a patient nor rub my body up against a patient. I would suggest Patel discuss this matter to his employees, before a jealous would makes a scene in his office

I took my daughter to see Dr. Patel about a year and a half ago when he was at the Med North Clinic. The front desk staff as well as his nurse were very rude and brusque. While we waited in the exam room for the Dr. to come in (which took a VERY long time) his nurse could be heard outside the door on the phone speaking very rudely to a patient and then talking disparagingly about her to a co-worker and the DR. Dr. Patel himself was extremely nice, thorough and knowledgable and did not rush through the visit. I would rate him 5 stars but because of the rude, unprofessional staff the rating slipped to 3 stars. He has since moved to his own clinic so hopefully has a new, polite nurse and staff.
