I have repeatedly seen Dr. Costa however he has been unable to treat my condition. Most recently I sat in the waiting room 2 hours to go back to sit another hour in the exam room only to have my questions go unanswered.
Additionally Dr. Costa refused to call in a prescription for me that was needed. I had to go to the emergency room the next day to get the help I needed.
I would never recommend Dr. Costa.

Very unacknowledged staff!!!!! I asked them 15 times if they did a vasectomy in the office and they said yes. Then 2 days prior to having it done, they did not. They wont return my phone call or refund my co pay! I waited 2 hours after my appointment time and then only to wait another hour before the doctor came in and DIDN'T even know why I was there...Very upsetting and I hope no one goes there!

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Yes, I had to wait forever.

No, multiple people had to stand

Never, they can't even remember throughout my appointment

No, they could have used some continuing education

Kind of, but not very much
