The chairs in their waiting room were some of the best I’ve ever seen. I could have easily dozed off while waiting to see the doctor.
Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I wasn't pressured at all to use any particular medications or birth controls. They answered all my questions and gave me their honest opinion on what would work for me and what wouldn't. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
Dr. Laury is less than a Doctor. In my opinion he is nothing more than a Bait and Switch Salesman. I had an appointment to have Photodynamic Therapy to remove Actinic Keratosis from my face, but when I got there he offered to burn, freeze, or prescribe a cream, because he can't actually do Photodynamic Therapy. He doesn't even own a laser! He just wanted to charge someone an office call. Of course I left! I was told I needed to come in twice, on consecutive days, once to have the Aminolevulinic Acid solution applied, and the next day to have the laser treatment that would activate the solution. Dr. Laury and his staff knew that I lived in Eugene, and knew that since I was traveling 160 miles from home I needed to take two days off from work and book a hotel. However when I arrived for the appointment, even though I had called to confirm the day before, they did not have the Aminolevulinic Acid solution to perform the procedure! Probably because they don't have a laser anyway! I really don't know why he offered a procedure he doesn't provide unless he just uses that routine to bait people in and then switch to some other procedure? As far as I'm concerned he owes me for the time I took off from work and the full tank of gas and motel that he cost me.
