They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. Plus he is very funny when he is getting ready to do colonoscopy which vastly reduces anxiety

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.
