Worst experience with a doctor ever. I got a weeks-long infection from the tests they performed (did they even use clean instruments??), waited around for ages just to be seen, have no idea how the billing works (did they even submit to my insurance? I don't know! but I paid them a hell of a lot of money up front), couldn't understand the Doctor very well as his English is bad, was made to feel uncomfortable/mistreated by him several times (he definitely broke protocol), was amazed by how simpleminded and clumsy a member of his staff seemed to be and was ultimately told God was the cause of my issues and given very little actual help.

Side note- I noticed their sharps collectors have no real tops, so the needles could spill everywhere if someone is clumsy. Hell, maybe they even reuse needles. Who knows!

I've talked to others and they've had similar experiences. No one makes a return visit to this doctor's office.

I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.
