The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
