I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.

I love how attentive they are here. He has never taken personal phones calls while with patients.. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, they have always been accommodating. They even take people early if their schedule allows and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Dr. Horowitz has been my eye doctor for literally my whole life. I have no idea what I'm going to do when he retires. He's got the greatest staff and support. They go above and beyond every chance they get. They are pretty much a second family, as they take care of almost everyone in my family.
