They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Love this practice and love Dr Rubin....
