I'm not always sure that they're going to work with me until they find a solution, and sometimes it seems like they're going to give up on trying to help me. I don't feel like I can always count on them. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back.
