They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. Be prepaired to wait atleast an hour to two hours before being seen.

On June 13th, 2012, I had a culture done and was told that the results would be ready within 1-2 weeks. Three weeks passed with no word. I left a message and heard nothing for a few more days. Then I called and used the appointment extension to speak to an actual person. A note was supposedly left on top of a pile, however, a few more days later I still had not received any phone call or message. Today, July 9th, 2012, I physically went to the office to speak with someone, and I had to leave another note because the person working with results was not there. My assumption is that she hasn't been there for the last month. I also signed a release form for my records and will never return to this office due to the incompetence of the staff. My conclusion is that Dr. Jonel Dershem and her staff simply DO NOT CARE for their patients. My assumption is that I need to get knocked up in order to receive any care, however, after being married for two years, my sister decided to try to get pregnant, and she had a poor experience as well with the same office.
