They were so kind and attentive to me. Dr. Charles has cured my migraines with his skill and abilities.. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a friendly staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff, including Dr. James Charles. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I was so impressed with the Neurological progress I was able to make after Dr. Charles. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. His Registered Professional nurse especially was pleasant and competent during the exam. I highly recommend Dr. Charles,as known to be chosen as TOP DOCTOR NY METRO AREA. Apparently, in addtion to his medical boards and many achievements, he is also CERTIFIED in HEADACHE medicine. My migraines are gone forever.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.
