Great, accessible, understandable family doctor. Tough finding a doctor that takes my insurance and it seems he takes most insurances. Even when I lost my insurance (lost my job), continued to see me and only charged a very reasonable fee.

Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.

Dr. Patel is a great family doctor. I have been going to him since he first started over in Williamstown some 20 years ago. His practice has certainly grown but he's always available for you. Easy to get quick appointments and always easy to get him on the phone when needed. I always get to see him and have developed a very good relationship with him over the years. Thank you Dr. Patel for everything and taking care of Nana when she was ill.


The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.
