Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Remembering clients by name is not a very big concern for the staff here because every time I come in for an appointment I constantly have to remind them who I am. It would be nice to be recognized at least once is all I'm saying. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information.

I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. Their staff is very friendly and professional.
