They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed?
Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent
