I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. The chairs in their waiting room were pretty average. They weren't top-of-the-line but weren't uncomfortable either. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.

They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. I would recommend them to people I know if I couldn't think of anyone better to suggest. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I couldn't believe how much pain I experienced after my appointment. I was in agony for days that I know could've been avoided. They weren't careful at all, and I was in a lot of pain after my appointment.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I knew that I was going to be in a little bit of pain after my appointment, it happens every time I go to the dentist. It wasn't excessive at all though, and it went away pretty quickly. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
