They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, considering I was from out of town and they saw me immediately on an emergency basis I was not upset at all about the wait time. They also even took my insurance even though I was from out of town. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who is in the market for a new dentist. If I ever move to Ohio they would be my dentist of choice hands down!!! Thanks for taking such good care of me....
