Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort.
