They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. My teeth cleaning was very uncomfortable. I feel like a lot of the pain I experienced could have been avoided if they had been more careful. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

They gave me advice about what I could do at home to prevent tooth decay, and it's really helped. They are very knowledgeable. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

I've had work done on my teeth a couple times here b/c it caters to those of us earning under 20k a year or without insurance, so that's a plus. However, most of my work has been shotty. One of the dentists that worked on my cavity left too much of a gap between two of my teeth and I was always getting food impacted between them, having to floss the area up to 8 times a day/per day. I reported it and they offered to correct it, when they did, they correct the wrong filling (this is no joke) so now I have an apt at the Manistee office to see a different dentist. Also, when I had a root canal done quite some time ago and was suffering from sever pain, they didn't address my pain, so I asked. They told me to take over the counter ibuprofen, which did not help, so I asked for something stronger and they became strange about it, like they thought I was phoneying up my pain or something. My pain was real and sever and ignore that or not believe me was not only unprofessional, but unethical.

They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. It took me forever to get there and I kept getting lost. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. There is a long waiting period even if you are on time. And you can't get a straight answer as to length of time. So plan to wait a while if you go for any reason.
