I used to be a patient here before I moved out of state and I really liked it. The staff was friendly and Dr. Occhietti is excellent. Recently, I called because my young niece chipped her tooth and needed it filed since it was extremely sharp. My niece is NOT a patient there because she is so young, but her mother (my sister) is. The receptionist was not friendly or helpful, almost rude. She said they couldn't fit my niece in for a quick appointment to file the tooth for almost a week. That's ridiculous. Not impressed at all. What a disappointment. I would have thought in a small town that a dental office would be able to make time for something of this sort.
