They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. After my appointment, I was looking forward to being able to choose my favorite toothpaste or toothbrushes to take home but instead I was handed a couple of samples and rushed out the door. They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it.

The chairs in their waiting room were pretty average. They weren't top-of-the-line but weren't uncomfortable either. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.
