The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. I would definitely recommend them to my loved ones. I was so happy with their services. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

No, I didn't have to wait very long

Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Definitely. I was given a thorough explanation about many techniques I could practice at home
