They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! They were so kind and attentive to me.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I had a long term fear of dentists and Dr. Sowell has really helped me overcome that. I would recommend them to anyone!
