The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. This was one of the most informative appointments I think I have ever had. All of my questions were answered and I left feeling very educated about my condition.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
