I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold but the office was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They are one of the most reliable doctor's I've ever been to. I had an emergency recently and I was able to get a hold of them right away.

Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!

Not at all! There were barriers everywhere making it impossible for handicapped people to enter

No doubt Bloom knows his medicine. But he hurried through my exam so much I couldn't get all my questions answered. He ordered a CT scan but there was a mixup in what facility my insurance company had approved. At the hospital I went to, they inserted an IV, then discovered the insurance problem. Bloom's office could have resolved it with the insurance company with a phone call, but they refused to do so, saying they were "too busy." I waited an hour with the IV inserted, then went home without the test. I wrote to Bloom complaining, but never received any reply. I'm now seeing another doctor.
