From the moment I walked in I felt that I was in a medical office, not an office dedicated to appearance and facial procedures. No plasma screens pitching the latest fillers. I had visited six dermatologists before I finally found Dr. Jaffee. He has been treating me for a chronic skin disease for over eight years and I highly recommend him. Dr. Jaffee is extremely knowledeable, skilled, and he has a wonderful "bedside manner", always cheerful and supportive. His staff is friendly and professional. . The practice does have a cosmetic service in an adjacent office; I appreciate the way they separate the medical from the cosmetic.

The office was easy enough to find. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I considered their waiting area chairs to be pretty comfortable. I didn't mind waiting at all.
