I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

I hated that I wasn't able to rinse during my dental procedure at all. I seriously almost choked. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
