They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.
