They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
