In my experience, I found this dentist's work unsatisfactory and subsequently transferred my treatment to another dentist.

Following that event, I searched public records on this dentist's practice and found that in 2009 he was disciplined and fined for 'UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT' by the Arizona State Board of Dental Examiners.
