Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.
