Dr. Veliz was very good - his office was nice - i mean nothing terribly special - neither good nor bad but then again I dont' really care about the office. But he and his nurse were really, really good where it counts - treating me. In fact, I was there thinking I had a different problem and he dug in further than the previous people I'd seen and found that the problem was totally different. What he did worked - and it made the pain go away which is the main thing i can say. I recommend.

I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They were friendly, kind, and one of the most welcoming offices I've visited. They always put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all.

They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.
