He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Ms. Moser & Mr. Bhatka are fantastic , thorough and sincere. The staff has grown on me. I had very negative experience with front office in the beginning. I was very ill and my husband was in the hospital with pending surgery, we had family in town. It was a terribly stressful time. Instead of arguing with me about my insurance coverage that I am very clear on and know my benefits; kindness and some empathy would have gone a long way. Especially since I had called ahead with insurance changes, signed in with them, waited 30 minutes to be called back then over billed and argued with after seeing an over busy inattentive PA. I saw a different pa that day and was prescribed medication for a disease I don't have and my questions were not answered. I was very unhappy over all. My husband and children all had great experiences. Since It is a challenge to change I saw their providers and have been happy ever since. It does take time to get results and return calls. Possibly because the provider staffing is short for a while. Long hold times and lack of emergency appointment availability requiring us to go to urgent care when the flu popped up because tamiflu has to be started at the early signs not 4 days or a week later. With the severity of my daughters asthma I can not chance her getting sick with the flu.

Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. One thing I like about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. . However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. I had to wait quite a while for my appointment. I was very disappointed. The Doctor is fine....the office staff, do not follow through....they do not get back to you. You need to call 3 or 4 times to get any information or even go in person to the office. Over and Over again the office staff have not relayed messages and not gotten back to me. I am leaving this practice because of the Office help.
